From Glow Up to BECOMING!

I don’t know about you, but these past few weeks have cracked me wide open.

Is it the planets? The retrogrades? The pre-40 portal? Whatever it is, I’m not mad about it.

Flashback to May 2024.

I was working a soul-sucking job. I’d let myself go. And not in a “lazy” way — in a spirit-level exhaustion kind of way. My hair was always up in a bun, no makeup in sight, clothes that didn’t spark anything. I was moving, but barely living.

One day, while on a lunch break in the next town over, I saw him.

The most gorgeous man I had ever laid eyes on stepped out of his car and walked into a Tim Horton’s — and something in me woke up. I stared (yes, I admit it), borderline drooling. And he? Didn’t even notice me.

Now listen — I know I’m not everyone’s type. But I also know my power. I usually make heads turn when I walk in a room. So to be completely invisible? That stung.
